substitute a delegate, but cancellations are not allowed.
However, if a request for cancellation is received by 7th
Edge two
weeks prior to the conference, you will be issued with a
100% credit to be used at another 7th Edge conference. |

Are meals
included in the registration fee? |

|
Yes,
morning
coffee, light refreshments and conference lunches are
included in the registration fee. Every effort will be
made by 7th Edge to offer you the best of meals. |

When does
a participant
receive the conference material? |

|
Conference
documentation will be distributed in the forenoon on the
first day of the conference. |

Will 7th
Edge arrange travel and accommodation for its delegates? |

No. But, we
can assist in providing all the information for your
travel and accommodation. The contact details of the
conference venue (if the event is held in a hotel) will be
furnished in the conference brochure. 7th Edge will secure
a corporate accommodation tariff from the hotel. So please
quote that you are attending a 7th Edge conference, while
making your reservation. |

If the conference is held in a trade centre, information about
hotels within the vicinity of the conference venue will be
provided upon request. |

What is the
conference dress code? |
|
|
Men - business
suits are preferred. Ladies - suits or the formal attire
of their respective nations. |

Will the
conference programme or speakers be altered at any point? |

The conference
agenda and speakers are confirmed at the time of
publishing the conference brochure. However, alterations
to the programme or substitutes to the speakers may be
done during circumstances that are beyond the control of
the conference organizers. 7th Edge Events reserves the
right to alter topics and speakers, if necessary. |
